At SŽ-Tovorni promet, as part of the Slovenske železnice group, we strive to constantly improve the quality of transport services for our customers. We demonstrate our efforts to achieve the integrity of services by certifying the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard, the validity of which we have been successfully extending since 1997. The last recertification assessment of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard was successfully completed in 2021. In November In 2022, the first control audit was also carried out by the Bureau Veritas certification office.
The quality management system aims to ensure quality by continuous investment in improvement of our products, processes and services.
