E-inquiry
The e-inquiry service allows you to make an inquiry about transport options by electronic means. The application ensures a controlled capture of general contact details and detailed information about the future shipment.
The application consists of two parts. In the first part, the contact details are entered into the relevant fields. The marks by the fields (*) mean the obligation to enter the data or determine the obligation to enter data into at least one of the marked fields (**). In the second part, the details of the future shipment shall be entered.
If there is an error in the input or if incorrect combinations of data are made, the relevant comments are displayed on the screen. To help you with the entry, help will appear when moving the cursor over the field.
You have to use specially designed buttons to move around the application, as web browser navigation buttons do not work.
After completing the entry, you can prepare a pdf-file of the request and save it locally to your computer. The pdf-file contains the data entered as well as the inquiry number, which will be the identification number for our correspondence. The inquiry will then be sent to our personnel who will respond as soon as possible.

E-ordering of wagons
If you wish to order wagons for loading of cargo within the area of Slovenian Railways, you can do so through the e-ordering of wagons service. You can order wagons at any time, check the status of your order, cancel your order and review your wagon order by station.
E-ordering of wagons can be used by registered users of the e-freight-transport portal who log into the information system with a password and a user name.

The order must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on the current working day for the next working day. If the order cannot be processed, you will be notified by 3:00 p.m. on the last working day before the loading day.
You can also cancel your order, in part or in full, in the same way as you submitted your order (through e-ordering of wagons).
