Specification of the invoice as an unbroken string of printed data is a major obstacle if you want to make any analysis of the ordered or paid transports. To make your work easier, we have prepared a special e-specification format (text file) that allows you to easily import the data into your favourite tools (Excel, Access, etc.) and to further process the data.
To help you understand how to access and use the data, we have prepared a User guide: Central accounting and invoicing of wagon shipment.
As the new e-specification is primarily intended for further data processing and analysis, we have also prepared some rules (instructions, tariffs) in electronic format to help you understand the data (code lists). You can find them in the Transport conditions and tariffs section.
