In our company, we believe that the combination of the youthful energy of new employees and the experience of older colleagues is the right recipe for successful business development and success. On Thursday, March 21, we welcomed new colleagues who were employed in key positions last year and this year.
The director of SŽ-Tovorni promet, Melita Rozman Dacar, presented the team of her closest colleagues and described the company’s operations and goals for the future. According to her, success requires the active cooperation of all employees, as she herself can only direct or lead the team to the goal in which we all believe. She also emphasized that her door is always open to discuss constructive proposals and new solutions.
The meeting ended with a short informal get-together, which was an opportunity to get to know each other and to talk about the challenges ahead.
