On Wednesday, March 19, in Budapest we signed a contract with Rail Cargo Logistics – Hungaria for the new Single Wagon Load product, which allows customers to dispatch and receive single wagon loads between 153 Hungarian and 78 Slovenian railway stations. The main advantages of the product are quality service, favourable transport prices, and an immediate quote of the price throughout the entire route.
The introduction of the new rail product, Single Wagon Load, offers significant environmental advantages. By facilitating the transport of single wagon shipments between numerous railway stations, it will effectively shift freight from road to rail. This transition will bring about a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and lower energy consumption. Additionally, it will help alleviate road congestion and decrease the wear and tear on road infrastructure. With the new product, we are supporting a greener, more sustainable logistics network.
