Railway transport and infrastructure conditions are very important in the development of intermodal transport. States and infrastructure managers must increase cooperation in the implementation of construction works, as it is necessary to ensure the flow of cargo even during construction. The necessity of developing the hinterland terminals in the region and subsidizing intermodal transport as one of the greatest potentials for growth in railway transport were also highlighted. The panel participants also emphasized how important the competitiveness of transport corridors is for global investors to decide to enter the market.
